I'm a software developer who has been tasked with creating CWLs and an API to communicate with cromwell, send and monitor jobs, ect.
I would like to be able to point my application to a folder, then generate an input file (or several) for a given CWL with the files that exist in that folder.
Is there a tool that does this already?
