Can live basecalling be stopped without losing raw data?

Hi!

I'm fairly new to Nanopore sequencing. I decided that it would be fun to run the minION with live basecalling (on a ~175 Mbp genome), but now I'm concerned that I will run out of disk space.

Is it possible to stop live basecalling without losing any of the raw data? I see a lot of data (195G) in a 'queued_reads' folder, but where are all of the raw fast5 reads?

Thanks in advance! Ryan
