I want to find a particular gene in a bunch of clusters that've been created. I know the gene number and id, but can't seem to understand how the clusters are stored in R.
None of us can either help you because you have not described very well what you have done. Please try a bit harder. Pasting a reproducible example of your code usually helps. Anything short of this may mean that your question goes unanswered.
