I don't have any clinical traits for the datasets, I am working on. Only information that I have is the SRA No. and the type of tissue (Normal or Cancerous). Can I do WGCNA based on this information?
What do you mean? You can perform WGCNA on any matrix of numbers. What is your sample size per group, though? You can still perform the trait comparison if you just have
