How to do "re-segmentation" from segmented copy number

Hello, I would like to make a heat map (with clustering) using segmented copy number variation data. I have one independent seg file for each of the 130 tumors so that the segmentation is different for every sample. I made a heat map using IGV by uploading each of the 130 seg files in one session but IGV doesn't provide options to do the clustering. Other ways I know to do this require a unique matrix holding the segmentation data with common rows for all samples (all samples have common segment boundaries) as input. How should this be done from independently segmented data (I don't have any other data, I have only these independent seg files). Any tips would be great! Thx!
