Measure of SV genomic diversity in a population

Hi everyone. I'm currently working with a set of structural variants from a set of human whole genome sequences. The sample set represents individuals from a broad range of countries, so I suspect that we are capturing a certain amount of genomic diversity that has not been captured in previous SV population-level analysis work. I'm looking for ideas on how to demonstrate that genomic diversity, i.e. what things can I measure or visualize that will support this point?
