KEGG rpairs alternative: reduce reactions to primary metabolites (remove cofactors)

Is there any resource available to reduce metabolic reactions to just there primary metabolites .i.e. remove cofactors. This must consider the fact that a co factor can be a primary metabolite in some reactions. I am aware of KEGG rpair but this has been taken down since 2016.
