Question: where to find budding yeast gene annotation information when analysis scRNA-seq data

Reference Genome FTP for reference S288c: https://downloads.yeastgenome.org/sequence/S288C_reference/genome_releases/ (latest is R64-2-1)

The most common strains are also there: https://downloads.yeastgenome.org/sequence/strains/
