I am curious to know if there exists any database or package that gets us to reference brain cells. Like there are many R packages for blood cell types such as for Epic chips. https://bioconductor.org/packages/release/data/experiment/vignettes/FlowSorted.Blood.EPIC/inst/doc/FlowSorted.Blood.EPIC.html. Is there anything like that for brain cells?.

Presumably for methylation, yes?

I am looking for methylation data, can you point me to that.

DropViz looks interesting.

Actually, I want to calculate the cell proportions of the brain-based methylation samples on Epic chip. So I need to have a reference brain cells proportion like the link above for an R package. Is it like that?

There are about 9 billion different cell types in the brain, so that sounds like quite the task. Unfortunately, I doubt there is an R package containing reference methylation data for individually sorted cell types from brain. You might be able to find some cell types just by hunting through GEO, but I don't think there's a clean solution like you want (at least that I could find).
