PopGenome tutorial files

This is a very simple question, but I cannot find the answer to it. I am working through the tutorial "An introduction to the PopGenome package" (downloaded here: https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/PopGenome/index.html). On page 3 of the tutorial, the author references three alignments in FASTA-format (4CL1tl.fas, C4Htl.fas and CADtl.fas) and uses these (along with GFF-files for these alignments) in the rest of the tutorial. Does anyone know where to find these FASTA and GFF files so that I can follow the tutorial and make sure I understand how to use the package correctly?

Relevant notes:

  • The 'data' directory provided with the package download has only one sample fasta file, and it is not (as far I can tell) any of the referenced alignments.
  • I have contacted the author but have not heard back.
  • I am assuming that these files are somewhere really obvious and I just haven't found the correct download link.

Thank you,

Briana

Hello,

If you have your own fasta and corresponding gff file then use your own data. I do not believe the authors provide their data. But you're able to contact them through here if you would like to request their data. https://popgenome.weebly.com/contact.html

Cheers,

NG
