Nanoparticle structure prediction

I want to design a nanoparticle which I intend to use it in a protein nanoparticle docking scenario to find the interactions of the nanoparticle on the protein. Can anybody please help me figure out how to create a nanoparticle structure to use in protein docking. A protocol of sorts or the steps required to draw or generate a nanoparticle structure would be highly beneficial.
