Problem with running OrthoMCL: orthomclPairs stuck at sending data

Hello, I am trying to run OrthoMCL with 104,327 protein sequences and have encountered a problem at orthomclPairs command, where it doesn't show any errors and doesn't pause but lingers at sending data to create table InplgOrthoInplg. I've tried running it several times but it always ends the same way.

The problem is that the InplgOrthoInplg file reaches up to 99 Gb, which fills up the disk space so it stops doing anything at all. The weird thing is that the similarSequences.txt file is only 3.3 Gb, so technically, the orthomclPairs should only require only about like 15 Gb (5 times the input)...so I'm really lost at why InplgOrthoInplg would go up to 99 Gb.

So far, I've checked that there is nothing wrong with the config file and my command lines (by running another smaller proteome file which worked perfectly fine to the end), and there are no duplicates in my blast file.

Any help, advice or comments would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
