Hi!

Does anyone know any database, which collects a list of parasitic worm species? I've only found some dbs which describe diseases, caused by these organisms, and could not find a referenceable, well-organized list of them anywhere.

Thanks!

there is a Species interaction datasets database available for download at https://www.globalbioticinteractions.org/data.html

you'll 'just' need to determine if an organism is a worm or not.

Isn't that specified in column 1 (WORMS:847839)?

i think the identifiers come from several databases (? ) It could be in EOL (encyclopedia of life) while still being a worm...

Looks like it. Fauchaldius cyrtauloni and Upogebia annae are worms but Umimayanthus parasiticus is a coral.

Thank you very much! I did not specify in my question, but I'm looking for a db with human parasites, but this website seems good as well!
