1-way-2-fold cross family analysis (A) is method to converge on combinations of factors in a pathway that have been ranked using the previously described bio search engine design.

The following manuscript (A) is an extension of the results obtained from (B)

It is possible to rank and vote combinations using various sensitivity indices and converge to combinations (which form biological hypotheses) for further wet lab experiments. The analysis shows how to cutdown on cherry picking and circumvents the problem via systematic ranking and majority voting while exploiting the sensitivity indices. Multiple combinations which might not be known, can now be analysed using the above cross family analysis, post ETC-1922159 treatment of cells. Hope the (B) and (A) will give a glimpse of how the search engine design can be used and adapted for multiple discovery related problems using sensitivity indices and support vector ranking.

Sincere thanks for patient hearing.

Hey sinha.shriprakash, I reformatted your post a bit by embedding the links from researchgate directly rather than pasting the links as pasting messed up the entire formatting .

Thank you! Sorry I didn't think about the formatting.
