In IGV, the end of chromosome is NNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN
no any sequence in telomere position.
why it doesnt have?
is it technology limit?
Yes, they are very complex (mainly repetitive) locations to sequence them. But also, chromosome ends in drafted assemblies no necessarily mean telomeric sequences.
