Why AMOVA test is not active in Arlequin?

I entered the data to Arlequin and under Genetic structure, the AMOVA option is not active, is this related to input data? The other options are active and will run the analysis.

Thank you, this problem is solved but I am getting the following error while running AMOVA. This error has been shown for all locus!

Locus by locus AMOVA:

Distance method for locus-by-locus analysis: Pairwise difference

#[WARNING # 1] : A population does not contain any data for a given locus #[WARNING # 2] : A population does not contain any data for a given locus #[WARNING # 3] : A population does not contain any data for a given locus #[WARNING # 4] : A population does not contain any data for a given locus #[WARNING # 5] : A population does not contain any data for a given locus #[WARNING # 6] : A population does not contain any data for a given locus

Well, that is a pretty dumb warning message if it does not even return the locus in question.
