clinpred no X chromosome

Hi,

does someone no if the are clinpred scores for the X chromosome? I can not find them and am not sure if I downloaded the complete file. https://sites.google.com/site/clinpred/

I explored ClinPred a while ago and took this as an opportunity to take a second look. I don't think there's another source for the data than the URL you listed above, and the manuscript doesn't provide any help. Some of the predictors/metapredictors are autosomal only, so it would make sense that the X (and Y) would be left out.

I re-downloaded the data and checked it out, just to be sure. A quick scan suggests the data are sorted by chromosome, so I can ignore sort for this.
