Hello, could anyone let me know a way to represent the breakdown of promoter, 1st exon, other exon, downstream, distal intergenic, 1st intron, other intron in percentage of genome itself? I am working on histone ChIP-seq (H3, H3K27ac, and H3K9me3 etc.) and got the breakdown of each item in percentage. However, I come across a hurdle to represent the genome itself. The R package I am using here is ChIP-seeker.
