Hi, I have some RNA-Seq data from human brain and have included ERCC spike-ins. Can I use these data to compare to online publicly available healthy control RNA-Seq data? To be more specific, how can I use the ERCC spike-ins to control for the batch effects?

Any thoughts would be appreciated!
