I refer to a list of identified proteins in which there is a column of accessions, with numbers as that of the question.
Where did this number come from to begin with. It does not look like a standard GenBank, Ensembl or UniProt accession number.

when responding to existing posts to keep threads logically organized. These kind of numbers correspond to proteins identified in a non model plant species, by proteomic approach. There are also a column with each genename.
Where this accession number came from? A paper? A friend gave it to you? An online database? What is the organism? Be specific, please.
I'd be willing to bet that isn't an "accession number" since it doesn't have the right format.
Its likely specific to whatever program generated the number. If this is from Mass Spectrometry as your comments suggest, perhaps its just an internal peptide ID or similar.
You need to improve your question significantly before we can help (if we can).
Thanks. Most probably you are right. Do not waste your time.
