gene annotation for GPL4134

Dear all,

I have some problems with the annotation of GPL4134. I can't find the corresponding package for it, and if I download it from GEO, some genes are missing. So do you have any idea to make the annotation better？(if possible, share the R codes)

Can you be more specific? What did you download and which genes are missing?

Hi, I want to use GSE17901(https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/query/acc.cgi?acc=GSE17901) for analysis, and I downloaded the annotation(https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/query/acc.cgi?acc=GPL4134), but when I combine them together, some probes are blank(no genes), so I want to know how to find this missing annotatied genes. Thanks!

These should be all kinds of control probes, and yes there are plenty of them in an array.
