To design and execute projects related to the analysis of variants identified from next-generation sequencing and other omics or related technologies. To assist Software Architect-Genomics in situation analysis in creation of appropriate software.
To be involved in every aspect of developing genomic software and cultivate inter team relations as a Senior Developer. To learn and expand understanding of the Genomic domain.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, Design, Develop, Review, Test, Deploy, Maintain, and Enhance Software.
- Participate and periodically lead in routinely scheduled team meetings via written and oral communications.
- Engage in personal and team process improvement.Explore and contribute to the Genomic Domain and community.
- Mentor other software developers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related field and five (5) years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
Annual Salary: $69,596.80 - $114,150.40
