Hi,
I want to estimate the chip-seq coverage for the upstream region, gene body, and downstream region. I have an out put from MACS2 peak calls. I am wondering if there are any tools to determine the peak coverage in upstream region, downstream region and gene body. Are there any tools to deal with this directly instead of writing own scripts?
