Dear all,
I successfully retrieved SSRs data from multiple genome sequences. I would like to create a dynamic database for SSRs markers using LAMP (linux + apache + mysql + perl/php/python) approach and incorporate BLAST option. My request is about a practical tutorial (video, website, course) for an absolute begineer like me. I have datasets in excel files. If you have any suggestions, please let me know.
