Hi there Im new to bioinformatics. I got a bam file and all I know it is a "whole exome" file and nothing more . I need to annotate this data (annotation file) . what should I do? help please ... thanks in advance ...
what kind of annotation ? don't you have a supervisor who can show you the way ?
