Network analysis of RT PCR gene expression data

Hello, We have the gene expression data(Fold Change Values) from RT PCR. Simple network analysis can be done by using Gene ID in Genemania or String DB. I want to know is there anyway to incorporate these value in Pathways network(HUMAN) and check there expression/change in network ?
