I am looking for a tool that will display the original DNA sequence aligned to its' protein translation(s). I have been searching online and not finding a suitable tool. Can anyone recommend a tool?

If by 'aligned to translations' you mean 'converted to translation,' you can look into Geneious. I recall it has a view below the sequence of all translation frames (e.g., 0, +1, +2). It looks like Jalview will do this, too.

Geneious Prime is currently subscription-based for academic and commercial users, but my comment above was from experience with the free features of Geneious from earlier releases.

If you are recommending a commercial program then please add an appropriate disclaimer, if the program is not free (Geneious).
