Hi guys I have four gse microarray datasets from which i have found out the differentially expressed genes for each data set seperately in a csv file format .now i want to do a weighted gene coexpression analysis on that data together.shud i merge the 4 deg list and input them into R or do i need to perform any other process to get my input data ready kindly help...my doubt is is it enough to enter data in same format as we found in deg analysis in R for furthur wgcna analysis

You should go through the tutorial for WGCNA, first, and then you will understand better how to use it.
