Hi, I'm a student working on a project about transcriptomics and for that, I'm using the dataset of the Allen Brain Institute (https://portal.brain-map.org/atlases-and-data/rnaseq ). I'm currently working with the .tome file under "Cell Diversity in the Mouse Cortex and Hippocampus" and I don't see what is being measured in this matrix. Could anyone tell me what are the values used for the measures in this matrix?

Did you look at the README file here which has some information about the .tome format?
