Hello! I have a list with accession numbers, but some of the numbers on this list are out of date (they are "old version"). Are there any easy ways (using biopython or ready-made scripts) to update this list?

There are a few posts about update of accession numbers in Biostar database,

I found some, but you may continue the search if it's not enough to you.

Go to the upper left corner of the page, press 'LATEST' and type your question:

'update of accession number'. In case there is no answer, replace your question to a few key words.

Also look at the right panel of any post you have opened (even of your own question) - you

may find some additional useful posts there.
