Pubmed abstracts to Disease ID

Hi All,

I have about 2,500 abstracts achieve from Pubmed and I want to extract all the disease name from these abstracts. Is there any recommended approach to do it?

I find there are 22371 disease entries in MalaCards, However, I don't know how to download it.
