Hi Community

I have the latest release of centrifuge (1.0.4) despite the changelog stating that it has support for multiple samples centrifuge-multi -h returns "command not found"

I feel like I'm posting a v stupid question here but honestly, have not got a clue why its not working, any help would be much appreciated!

Kind regards

Gus

I'm afraid there is too little info in your post to give you adequate answers.

Do add some detail on eg how you installed this centrifuge, which cmdline you exactly try to execute, ....

What OS are you using this on? Did the make process complete successfully? Are you able to get an output doing ./centrifuge-multi -h in directory with the executable assuming one was made?

You may also want to try kaiju as an alternative.

Hi all Thanks for the suggestions; it looks like the centrifuge wrapper now contains support for the --sample sheet option without needing to call centrifuge-multi so therefore centrifuge-multi only really existed because it was made on github as a seperate executable before being committed directly to the master.
