Hi,

When using WGCNA to detect modules, isn't it important to know what percent of variance is represented by pc1 of each module? this will have an effect on the reliability of the eigengene.. or am I missing something?

Thank you

Hello udi.landau!

It appears that your post has been cross-posted to another site: https://support.bioconductor.org/p/126969/

This is typically not recommended as it runs the risk of annoying people in both communities.

If you get no response in one community, better consider to add details and better explain your question rather than cross-posting it.

Hi. Thank you for your remarks. I posted here after I didn't got attention there for about 24 hours. I then thought it is more likely to get response here. I will try to make myself more clear if no one will response.
