To simplify my questiuon, I will use bucket and red/blue ball as exaples.

There are N buckets. There are Nr buckets with a red ball, Nb buckets with a blue ball. There are K buckets with both a red and a blue ball.

Questions are:

1) How can I calculate the p-value that red balls and blue balls are preferentially together?

2) How can I calculate the p-value that red balls and blue balls are preferentially apart?
