Differential Gene expression analysis on GEO data set

Hello everyone I am a Ph.D. student of Immunology have little knowledge of Bioinformatics, I have download raw data set from GEO and now want to do differential gene expression analysis in R, kindly guide me that what should I do step by step with this data to analyze it. here is the data GSE12124.

You may want to start with limma (R) and it's comprehensive manual.

If you have just been asked to process data with no guidance, then I feel for you; however, any good supervisor (if you have one) would at least give their student / staff member some low level guidance.
