I have 200 genes and clinical data from tcga, i want to do the cox regression analysis and survival analysis using these genes. Can anyone help me regarding this. I am new in this type of analysis.

yes, but here he uses the geo id, what if i want to use the file which i have downloaded from the TCGA database?
