(I'm very new in bioinformatic and I'm sorry for ask this question may be its stupid but I need some help) . How can I start to write codes for this query actually I don't know the first step
Given an input triple of (Refseq protein accession, original amino acid, variant amino acid) first align the given protein RefSeq sequence against the reference protein sequence using MUSCLE. Join this information with the mutated surrounding 15 amino acid sequence (-7,+7) and the non-mutated 15 base amino acid and the allele frequency from dbSNP.
