I have a condition-specific network constructed. I want to perform differential network analysis on networks and I generally not getting any satisfactory answers of how to perform the analysis. Please suggest some tool or papers to deal with this query. Thanks
In article, Comparative assessment of differential network analysis methods. it mentioned some algorithms, such as DiffRank and DiffK. but i can not find how to use them.
