plink file format - covariate file

hi everyone,

can anyone help me in plink

i am having .ped and .map file , i already create bfile (bed+bim+fam), i also want to create covariate file.

See the plink manuals, covariates files are plain text files, you can create them using any text editor, see below to see the required format:
