I am currently using the miRdeep2 module to predict novel miRNAs. However, I noticed that the '#computing rnandfold p-values' process took a very long time. I wonder if I can accelerate the process by enabling multithreaded calculation? It seems there is no such option for miRDeep2.pl: https://github.com/rajewsky-lab/mirdeep2/blob/master/README.md
Any ideas?
