Off topic:Please give me an example for MEGAHIT command

Hi everyone!

I try to use MEGAHIT for assembly my sequences for the first time. I already read description about MEGAHIT in github or other wbesite. When i read a description in there is description like this

-1        <pe1>   comma-separated list of fasta/q paired-end #1 files,
                    paired with files in <pe2>
-2        <pe2>   comma-separated list of fasta/q paired-end #2 files,
                    paired with files in <pe1>

What does it mean? and would you like to give me an example for the command? Thank you so much.
