Hello members, I have installed prinseq and sickle using conda but i have failed to access them I have tried searching using 'which prinseq' and 'which sickle' but the path cant be displayed
What are the conda commands you used, and are you sure the installations completed successfully?
Can you please attach the conda commands you used to run the installation? For example;
Also, any error messages you received. Did you install prinseq and sickle within a conda environment? If so, make sure you are activating your environment before calling prinseq, etc.
