Maybe a stupid question, but how do you interpret the hash count with mash screen?

What threshold to use regarding the number of matching hashes?

For example when using mash screen on PLSDB https://ccb-microbe.cs.uni-saarland.de/plsdb, if a contig gets only few matching hashes (~50) but a p-value of 0 do you count is as being this plasmid or do you think it needs a higher count of matching hashes?

Because the length of the hashes/k-mer is identical but the length of the sequences is different, should I use a threshold relative to the length of the contig.
