Is there a way to download multiple raw sequence files from JGI.

I am trying to retrieve multiple raw sequences from JGI and I was wondering if there was an easier way then individually selecting the files and downloading them. Globus seems to only let you copy all associated information with the study and I only need the sequence information.
For instance, If you have multiple samples that all contain multiple forms of sequence data and you wish to pull only one file type from each what would be the most efficient way to achieve this. Thanks

If you go through Genome Portal, you should be able to download individual files. I was recently getting files and there was choice between raw reads and sequence files from various assembly iterations. You may have to wait until after 8PM PST for non-Globus downloads if the server is busy.
