Hi. I'm going to convert the output of NOI-seq ( which is probability) to p-value ? I need to p-value for meta-analysis. What package or method do you recommend? Thank you for helping me

A p-value is a probability - it is the probability of observing the data under the null-hypothesis. In order to help use with your question, we need to know what the probability coming out of NOI-seq is the probability of. You will probably find the answer in the NOI-seq paper: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4666377/

Usually meta-analysis requires coefficients and standard errors.

Depends on the meta anlaysis - you can do Fisher's combination of p-values without coefficients and SEs
