I saw Seurat under R- Shinny as GUI version and was wondering if there is Cell ranger pipeline under GUI that can be used by a person with little programing background.

I don't think there is a GUI available for Cellranger pipeline. The command-line version is very easy to run and well documented in 10x support forum.

Cell Ranger is fairly computationally intensive. Depending on the resources you have available, it can easily take over a day to run. It usually does not make sense to have a GUI for such long-running processes.

No there is currently no GUI's available for Cellranger. But you can write a bash script for easy usage. Or maybe a notebook to explain each command and the variables.
