Hello! I am fairly new to using the UCSC genome browser. I am trying to do a differential gene analysis for hg38, and I found that there is tcga data on UCSC genome browser (NOT the Xena browser) that I could use. I am trying to look for the data in the backend MySQL database, but I cannot find the corresponding tables that show the data I need. For reference to the schema on the website, here it is: UCSC Database: hg38 Primary Table: tcgaTranscExpr

I was wondering if I am missing this table in the DB? Or perhaps I am missing something. Please help!
