I would like to store all of my NGS variants in a minable database. Are there any good open source solutions with a solid database design? I have found many great projects for tracking samples but I have not found a good solution for storing the variants. The data will be coming off a MiSeq so I don't need a solution that overly complex or scalable. Thanks
