Co-expression Network on Cytoscape between miRNA-mRNA and mRNA-mRNA

Hello, I have two correlation values that I want to make co-expression network with Cytoscape:

1. Between miRNA and mRNA
2. Between mRNA and mRNA

How can I construct a co-expression analysis on Cytoscape using the correlation between two data sets while having both on the same network? Thank you!
