Hi,

I am analyzing my experiment data, but I have some problems.

My experiment has three replications, which are microbial data from three different filed samples. These fields are under the same treatment. The problem is the microbial results of 3 replication are very different. What should I do? Just average? It doesn't seem right. If you have any good suggestions, please come up with them.

Thank you all.

What exactly are you trying to achieve?

You have three samples that look different. What's the biological question you are trying to answer? Do you have a hypothesis you're trying to test?

What exactly is the experiment? Does your experiment have controls?

We need more details.
